Frequently Asked Questions

How does Account-to-Account pricing work exactly?
When you invite a contractor company to collaborate on your site, their users log in under their own Maintor account. You are only billed for your internal users. The contractor manages their own subscription separately.
What counts as an “internal user”?
Any user in your Maintor account who was created by your organization — admins, supervisors, site managers, and your own technicians. External collaborators from other accounts are not counted.
Can I add more sites to my plan?
Yes. Sites can be added to your plan at any time. Contact us for custom multi-site pricing based on the number of facilities and expected user count per site.
Is there a free trial?
We’re currently in early access. Request access and we’ll set up a guided demo and a trial period tailored to your operation — no credit card required to start.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. We provide a full CSV/PDF export of all tickets, assets, audit logs, and reports before account closure — on request, at any time.
Do technicians need a paid seat?
Technician access is included in the per-site plan. We don’t charge per-technician fees — your entire field team can use the mobile app under your plan.
